Designed to help you master the art of making delicate, fluffy madeleine cakes, this madeleine baking tray features specially shaped holes and exceptional heat transfer properties that create defined, golden brown cakes in snack-sized shell shapes. Each madeleine mould measures 5 x 3 cm (2 x 1 inch). A 12-hole madeleine pan for making larger cakes is also available from MasterClass.

Both the 24-hole mini madeleine tray and the 12-hole madeleine pan are 100% PFOA, PTFE, and BPA free. The 24-hole tray, in particular, measures 27 x 22 cm and is perfect for making bite-sized madeleines, a beloved French classic.
